Hola Amigo, I hope everyone is in pink of their health and is filled with great zeal for the Internship Program just like I am. My name is Khyati Sapra, I am pursuing my bachelor’s degree from Delhi University. Just like every other kid, I was also very confused about my career. There was a lot of hustle-bustle in mind as I want to put my hands on everything. Later I opted for a Digital Marketing course and asked myself Is it worth the shot. I pursued that, but not with sheer interest. Later, I again opted for Digital Deepak’s free course, which gained my interest and forced me to join Digital Deepak’s Internship Program.
As it is said that “ Every great achiever is inspired by a great mentor”
Mr. Deepak Kankaraju is one such mentor that has helped in shaping the dreams of thousands of individual. Mr. Deepak Kankaraju popularly known by the name Digital Deepak is one of the renowned faces in the digital marketing industry.

A glimpse of Digital Deepak’s Internship Program:
This internship program is distinctive from all the other internship programs. The enrolment fees for this program were Rs 14,999 and the cherry on the top is that this program promises to pay back the money in the form of completing the assignments. Yes, you heard it right in my thoughts, this is the first sort of internship program that gives you a choice of earning more than what you spent. The aim of this internship is not to make money but to help us become more sincere and good learners and to keep us hooked, this is the reason what makes this program unique.
So now let us discuss the learnings of the first class of internship that took place on 25th February 2020 at 9 PM, when my whole city i.e. Delhi was getting cringe over petty issues of caste I was glued to the laptop screen and was focusing on the alluring voice of Mr. Deepak.
So with no further delay lets stop this Internship Express on its first station of Pathshala and it will continue moving until the last station arrives.
1)FINDING THE GOLD OR FINDING THE MARKET OPPORTUNITES
All is well when you Sell, Sell, Sell….
Whatever your aim is all you need is the right tactics to find the gold beneath your work. We need to learn the art of marketing and understand how to sell effectively. Digital Marketing is an ocean with endless depth, all you need to do is see the right opportunity and knock it down. Find your niche and bang on.
The Market always needs to expand as new needs give rise to new solutions and opportunities. There are end number of niches all you have to do is set the right target. Lets clear this with an example as stated by Mr. Deepak that the invention of the car gave rise to many new markets like audio system, seat covers, matting, etc. Hence, it can be stated that there is an ever-expanding market.
2) The LAW OF GOLDEN TRIANGLE (learn>do>teach)
As it is said that we learn when we teach. The Golden Triangle Approach states that we can’t taught what we don’t understand well. This is a repetitive cycle, learn to do and then teach. A quote of Albert Enstine goes as follows “If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it enough well. This quote says it’s all. Well, if we follow this golden triangle rule than we can excel in our career path.
3) GLOBAL ECONOMICS (BULB JALA KYA MOMENT)
The economy and market have a direct relationship with each other. Understanding the economics here in Digital Marketing might sound like an out of the box topic, but it can be a Bulb Jala Moment if you understand its importance.
Before becoming a digital marketer, one should become a marketer first. Economics is the key to the functioning of society. Understanding the link between the economy and marketing can help business owners allocate their marketing resources. It is interesting to note that the average age of a country goes up, as people spend more. Debt creates money in the economy. That was a true bulb on moment as the explanation by Mr. Deepak broke the myth. For example- the loan market. Investments, Deposits, and Debts are interlinked with each other. On second thought, the deflation of money supply occurs when people repay debts.
People who have build their brand value strong need not to worry about recession as the consumer will always pay money for value.
4) COMMUNICATION ( A SKILL TO MASTER)

Effective communication is an essential part of growth for any individual or company. It is the basic skill that needs to be mastered without compromise. Communication skills whether written or oral form the basis of any business activity. An effective communication will not only engage the audience but will also help you to grow on personal grounds.

Along with this watching English Sitcoms or standup comedy shows will also prove to be an aid and will help you learn the culture and local slangs.
5) THE POWERFUL WORLD OF INTEGRATED MARKETING
Marketing communications use different marketing channels and tools in combination. Integrated Marketing works on the principle of integrating all the different digital marketing channels in such a way that every channel complements each other by unleashing its potency and accumulating every source to generate better opportunities.
6) HUM BANENGE CROREPATI (A DREAM TO FULFILL)
Mr. Deepak gave us a dream to fulfill that we should aim to make 1 CR in the next three years, maybe a little more for a student like me. In the whole session, he kept on motivating and make us understand the value of writing our goals. Keeping a write up of our goals keeps us motivated and adds fuel in the engine of our mind.
Oh My God, Such an Inspiration Deepak Kankaraju is.
7) FUTURE OF DIGITAL MARKETING AND FINDING THE MARKET DEMAND
Digital Market is the market that will not die because marketing is necessary for the survival of the economy. Needs give rise to the demand and vice versa, so when the demand will raise the want for the product will also gradually rise. Digital Marketing is such a powerful tool in today’s era when the focus of the consumer is shifting towards online presence and digital promotions of a brand.
As it is said that the first one will always be remembered so we should inculcate that will of becoming the first one. As digital marketing is an expanding industry so building our presence in such a way to become that first called and remembered name one should find the right market demand.
Finding the right market demand is like hitting the iron when the hammer is hot. We should analyze the latest market trends and should understand the consumer’s behavior and needs.
Some suggestions on how to find market demand:
Use Mediums like- Google Auto Suggest, AnswerThePublic.com, looking for amazon reviews, talking to customers, etc.
8) SELECTING OUR NICHE
Niche is what your passion is. A successful niche selection is based on your talent and marketing opportunities. Find a small niche and excel in it. There are end number of niche available in the market you just need to identify your passion and hit the arrow right in the fish’s eye. You should try to narrow down your niche, selecting a broader niche will not help you hit the right target.
The three major niches are- Health, wealth, and relationships. Have passion, enjoy doing it and master it.
9) A DIG IN PERSONAL BRANDING
Everyone wants to excel and shine in a particular way and want to stand out among the crowd. Build your brand, show your trust among the people. The market will always fear to try their hand on something new rather than putting hands on a reputed and trusted brand. Convenience the consumer, earn their trust. Always remember people want to hear from people, not from brands.
Your brand will be the shadow of yours remember to make it worth the while. Authenticity and credibility will create a humungous impact so make sure you deliver the right one.
10)THE ENAGEGEMENT OF FUNNEL
Building a relationship with our audience is the foremost important strategy. Funnel is a sales medium in which we need to create awareness of our brand. Funnel Marketing is an important action in the entire course of work. Building an engaging automated strategy can prove to be an edge over others.
As a marketer earning the trust of the clients can be the first and an important step towards the ladder of success. The funnel should always be set on automation so that the clients can engage without our interference. In a market, consumer gets attracted to freebies so moving along the free line will help the marketing funnel to boost up.
CONCLUSION
So as my Internship Express 2.0 has crossed its last station i.e. Engagement Funnel so I would like to present my gratitude to my mentor Mr. Deepak Kankaraju for such an enlightening session. The session was truly power-packed and somehow helped to knock down the doors of upcoming opportunities. Also a big shout out and thanks to Mr. Krishna Prasanth for guiding every moment.
